Great staff, nothing is too much trouble, towel art has to be seen to be believed! Wild wadi access at will is just fantastic if you have kids 5 + they will love it and keep wanting to go back. The location is perfect, looking out over the Arabian Sea and the Burj Al Arab. The staff were polite and friendly and ensured our every need was catered for. You get treated like royalty (as we did everywhere we went in Dubai!), staff are very helpful and friendly and great location. The free-entry to the wild wadi waterpark next door is a great bonus (we got there at 10am and didn't have to queue for anything but from about 1pm it starts getting a little busier). We didn't book our hotel with breakfast but we should have as we ate in the hotel's Latitude |
